    Pay securely by monthly Direct Debit or annual credit card payment. Your subscription starts immediately, giving you access to your secure company dashboard.
  • Step 3 – Welcome Email
    You’ll receive a personalised welcome email with simple instructions on how to set up your first staff emissions audit.
  • Step 4 – Staff Emissions Audit
    Use the BidPiston app to send an online emissions audit to your staff. You choose the audit open period (e.g., 2 weeks). Staff complete the survey quickly and securely on their own devices.

  • Step 5 – Organisation Audit
    Add your organisation’s energy usage, fuel data, and travel information into your secure dashboard. This captures your Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
  • Step 6 – Review & Close Audit
    When the audit period closes, BidPiston automatically consolidates staff and organisation data into your dashboards.
  • Step 7 – Carbon Reduction Plan Ready
    Your dashboards will display your full Carbon Footprint, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. These numbers are automatically used to create your compliant Carbon Reduction Plan (PPN 06/21 ready).
